What Happens After I Submit My Order Via Your Website?
Once you submit your order, a credit card authorization hold occurs for the full amount. This checks if your card is valid and has sufficient funds. Funds are held but not transferred until captured, typically within 7 days. Some pieces may take 2–3 weeks to produce before shipping.

How Long Does A Credit Card Authorization Last?
Credit card authorizations can last up to 7 days. If not captured within that period, the authorization becomes void and funds are released back to your account, usually within 3–5 business days depending on your bank.

What Is Verification/Extra Verification?
All orders undergo verification to prevent fraud. Some may require additional documentation such as ID and the last 4 digits of the credit card. In rare cases, a selfie with both may be requested. We don’t store these emails — they’re securely attached to your profile for future verification bypass.

How Long Will It Take To Receive My Order?
We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, but production can take up to 2–3 weeks. For urgent orders or specific dates, add a note at checkout or email customerservice@ezduzit.shop.

Standard Order Cancellation Policy
You may request to cancel your order and receive a full refund unless the production stage is complete or your order has shipped. Restocking and shipping fees may apply. To cancel, email customerservice@ezduzit.shop with the subject line “Cancel my order #[Order #]”.
