Refund policy
By completing a purchase with EZ-DUZ-IT, you acknowledge and agree to the following Returns & Refunds Policy in full.
We have a 15-day return policy on all jewelry purchased in the Shop section of our website, which means you have 15 calendar days after receiving your item to request a return. Those 15 days start from the delivery carriers confirmation. Returns initiated after the 15 days will not be accepted.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be:

In new, unworn, and unaltered condition

Free from signs of use, damage, or modification

Returned with all original packaging and materials
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are subject to an inspection and final approval. If the item does not pass the inspection, the item will then be returned to the customer at their expense.
All approved returns are subject to a non-negotiable 5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Please NOTE: Other Retailers Charge Up To 15%.

At our sole discretion, the restocking fee may be applied as store credit toward a future purchase.
Return Shipping Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer:

$100 — International returns
Shipping fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund if prepaid by EZ-DUZ-IT. All Shipments are insured.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@ezduzit.shop. Please write "Return" and your order number in the subject field. We will provide you with a return label for the return shipment.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Late or Unauthorized Returns
Returns received after the 15-day return window or without authorization will not be processed.
Late or unauthorized returns will be:

EZ-DUZ-IT assumes no responsibility for unauthorized or late returns.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree that initiating a chargeback or payment dispute in lieu of following this Returns & Refunds Policy constitutes a violation of purchase terms.
This policy, delivery confirmation, inspection documentation, and product records may be submitted as evidence to payment processors and financial institutions to contest disputes.
NONRETURNABLE, FINAL SALE ITEMS
Our only items that are non-returnable and non-refundable are custom jewelry pieces. Including, but not limited to, custom engagement rings, custom pendants, all grillz or anything else that is a custom commission. Ring resizings, any type of plating, or any other personalization for an individual are also included. There are no exceptions. Also payments made towards custom projects, if not payed in full are non refundable. So if you put down 50% on a custom project and you are unable to produce the other 50% within 12 months of the piece being produced, then you will not receive your custom piece as well as a refund on the 50% you put down initially. Last, items marked "Final Sale" are also non refundable.
These exclusions are absolute and apply regardless of condition or wear.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Policy Enforcement
EZ-DUZ-IT reserves the right to:
